Leola McKenzie

Leola (Lee) McKenzie recently started the role of Interim Director for Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries and was previously the Director of People & Culture for Marion Polk Food Share since October 2020. Her responsibilities include leading the Food Share’s cultural practices, guiding diversity and inclusion efforts, and overseeing human resources and volunteer engagement. Prior to that, Lee was with the Oregon Judicial Department’s Office of the State Court Administrator for nearly 26 years. While at the Judicial Department Lee worked in various analyst, supervisor, manager, and director roles related to the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of statewide court programs, policies, and services related to juvenile and family law. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from Nazareth College, a master’s degree from Portland State University, and professional Human Resource certifications from SHRM and HRCI. She is an OSU Master Gardener and volunteer and a past board member with the Marion County Master Gardener Association. Lee was recently sworn in as a Citizen Review Board member for Marion County. Lee was a ODHS foster and adoptive parent of two children who are now young adults.
