Betsy Stark Miller joined CASA for Children in May of 2014 as Executive Director, and she is responsible for leadership and management of CASA for Children, Oregon’s largest and longest-serving CASA organization that serves Multnomah, Washington, and Columbia counties. In this role, she oversees all programs, services, activities, and facilities and ensures that all program objectives are met. Betsy previously served as Director of Development for Youth Villages Oregon, a private nonprofit organization that provides intensive in-home services to children with emotional, behavioral, and mental health problems. Additionally, she served as Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, and Membership Chairwoman, Lake Oswego Rotary Club. Betsy currently sits on the Oregon CASA Network Board and is the Governance Committee chair, and she is a member of the Executive Committee for Systems of Care and a member of the Columbia County Trauma Informed Network.
