Delays in IV-E funding processing

I may be the last one to know this since I don’t regularly send in IV-E like many of you but just in case you were wondering, here is the response I received this morning from Janet regarding the status of payment:
“The invoice has been submitted to DHS but no funds yet. Hopefully it will get approved this week but with the current situation we are in now, it may be delayed.”
