Our staff is looking to write a protocol for how we supervise CASAs and how we monitor unassigned cases. We’re not looking for an example of the policies CASAs agree to or a volunteer handbook, but rather a staff’s “how-to” guide to CASA supervision. Do you have something like this you could share?
