Hello CASA Team, do any of you have a mock court training model you use for letting CASAs practice doing court? I’ve had quite a few of our CASAs ask about getting practice to they feel more comfortable to speak up in court.

Debra Gilmore shared a link to CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County’s Youtube page. Scroll to the series of video images (click right arrow one time), to see a 4-part series called Tips for Testifying in Court. These are bite sized videos by a volunteer attorney with solid, practical tips.

Susan Erickson (Columbia Gorge) suggested a video would be a good tool, does anyone know of one?
