I don’t see the role of theCASA defined in the link.

419C.285 (b) A CASA is a party to a delinquency proceeding
419C.626 (b) A CASA can request a hearing in a delinquency case to review if jurisdiction should continue
419C.626 (2) A CASA can request a review hearing
