How does your program submit your CASA court reports to the court and other parties? Is anyone using the OJD File & Serve system to efile?

Wendy Simer (Union) and Greg Dalton (Coos) both answered they use the OJD system.
Greg indicated he recently worked with Monica Martinez to set up a user, and she might be resourceful in helping get signed up.

Hi Hannah. I use the OJD File and Serve Syste to efile in Union County. It is such an awesome option, and user friendly. We used to hand deliver to the courts prior to this feature.
We too use the OJD File and Serve System in Coos. Like Wendy stated, it’s easy to use, but there can be a learning curve. I’d be willing to walk you or staff through it if you need help.
Thank you both! That’s what I’m wanting to get set up. Our OJD File Transfer account was just adjusted by CRB folks to be a send & receive account, so we can securely transfer documents to other parties. But, I understand that’s a different thing than the File & Serve system. How did you get set up with the File & Serve account?

I can’t remember how we initially registered, but there is an application process for each user. I’ve found the system admins to be ery helpful.

Remember, the service is free for CASA programs and users.
Our local court staff were helpful as well. Please feel free to holler for support using the system once you are set up!
