Who are we?
Oregon CASA Network, an affiliate of the National CASA Association, is the statewide organization supporting Oregon’s 20 local CASA programs. The local programs recruit, screen, train and support CASA volunteers.
What Do We Do?
Our mission is to support and unite local CASA programs to promote volunteer advocacy on behalf of children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. We do this by:
- Promoting awareness of Oregon’s CASA programs, CASA volunteers, and children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
- Supporting local program offices (capacity-building, training, technical assistance, collaboration, pass-through funding).
- Working with the National CASA/GAL Network to support strategic expansion and development of CASA programs.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Oregon CASA Network is led by a member-elected Board of Directors. Get to know our amazing Board below. We are always recruiting for Board members, if you are driven to see a better world for children experiencing foster care take some time to see if this is a good fit for you.
